What we collect
When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, the service you’re asking about, and your message.
When you visit the site, Wix, the company that runs our website, records basic visit statistics for us: which pages were viewed, what kind of device and browser was used, where the visit came from (a search, a link, or typing our address), and a rough location based on your internet connection. We see these as totals. They don’t tell us who you are.
Please don’t send medical details through the form
The form is for questions and getting in touch. If you have a health question about treatment, call us at (315) 792-7606 and we’ll talk it through.
What we use it for
We use your contact details to answer your message, usually by phone or email. We use visit statistics to see which pages people find useful and to keep the site working.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Children
We treat clients under 18 only with a parent’s or guardian’s consent. If you think a child has sent us their details through this website without a parent knowing, let us know and we’ll delete them.
