How It Works
Designed on your face before any color goes in.
It starts with the shape. It's drawn on first and the color is matched to your skin and hair, and nothing goes in until you've seen it and you're happy with it. If your skin has ever reacted to makeup or a tattoo, tell us at your consultation.
A numbing cream keeps you comfortable. Fine needles then place the pigment into the upper layers of the skin, in hair-like strokes for brows or soft shading for liner and lips. Depending on the area, it takes from about half an hour to a few hours.
Expect some redness and swelling at first, and a little flaking as it heals. Most people go straight back to their day.
It won't wash or sweat off, and it softens gradually as your skin renews itself. Some people need a second sitting to get the shape and color exactly right, and a touch-up every so often keeps it looking fresh.
